Port Huron, MI… Boost brain power through the magic of music! Join Holly Semrow, a Board Certified Music Therapist, as she explores entertaining tips and techniques designed to enhance and maintain brain power. Seniors, 55 years of age and older, are invited to learn how to utilize music to calm and exercise the brain and body in a variety of ways. "Music: for the Mind, Body, Spirit and Brain!" is an engaging program in a series of Healthy Aging Seminars developed specifically for area seniors.
This event will be held Wednesday, February 19, beginning at 2 p.m., in the St. Joseph Mercy Hospital Baggot Street Café (cafeteria). This FREE program includes refreshments and an opportunity to share social time.
